Businesmoose is LEAVING!

Yes. you read that correctly. Today players were shocked to find out that Businesmoose will be leaving after working for Club Penguin for six years. Even I was surprised to hear this news. Yesterday when I met Businesmoose for Moose Monday he said nothing about quitting.  It simply wasn't called for.

He quotes,

Hello Penguins,

Can you believe that the rainbow puffle is almost here? After years of waiting, this week you will be able to adopt your very own. Exciting stuff!

I wanted you to hear it from me first that I will be leaving Club Penguin for new adventures. I'll be around helping the team until the first week of April. Moose Monday is still happening so you'll have a lot of chances to say goodbye - hope to see you there!. :)

Since I started in 2007, my favorite part about working at CP has always been the community. I've always been blown away by your imagination and ability to make the best out of any situation. Remember that YOU are the reason why Club Penguin is so special!

Now onto some exciting news! As you can probably imagine, there are a few blogger/moderators eager to take my place. Polo and I thought it would be awesome if you helped us make that decision!

Spike Hike (Billybob's Replacement) Reporting for Duty!

This is a message from Billybob's replacement, "Spike Hike" (aka Chris Heatherly)...





Hey Penguins!

Spike Hike here. My real name is Chris Heatherly, and as you may have heard last week, I'm stepping into Lane's big shoes. You probably don't know me, but I've been working and playing on Club Penguin for a long time!

I first met the Club Penguin Team in 2007 when I worked for Disney Toys. When I first came to Penguin, I fell in love with what the team was doing. Together we worked on the first Penguin toy line. Billybob and I got to launch the toys in the biggest penguin party ever in New York City! We had Club Penguin projected onto the Jumbotron so that kids from around the world could join the party.

As a dad, I've been playing Club Penguin with my three kids for years. My twins even had a Club Penguin birthday party and I dressed up as Herbert. Herbert had stolen the puffles and the kids had to throw "snowballs" at him and get him to drop the sack of puffles. The kids tackled me to the ground and pelted me with snowballs!




Lane and I became really good friends and talked a lot about his vision for Club Penguin. When he asked me to join Club Penguin it was a dream come true! For the last year and a half, I've been able to work on parties, penguin shorts and music videos. As a long time player and as a dad, Club Penguin is very special to me.

As Billybob said in his farewell post, one thing about Club Penguin will never change – it has always been about you guys and always will be.

A Special Message From Happy77

We recently have heard that Club Penguin creator "Billybob" has retired from the game. Now, unfortunately, Happy77 has retired as well.

She explains that she has to take care of her kids, whatever that means. If she needs to take care of her kids, she can get a nanny or something. She doesn't have to break our hearts like that by not working for Club Penguin anymore.

I am deeply saddened, and you probably are as well.

Happy77 will be missed...

Club Penguin Fair 2012 Walkthrough

Hey guys! The Fair is now here! Here are the locations of the games!

Dock: Spin Town, Ring the Bell, Puffle Shuffle
Forest: Memory Card Game, Puffle Paddle
Cove: Feed a Puffle
Snow Forts Bonus Room: Puffle Soaker, Balloon Pop

Play games to earn tickets! Once you have logged off, the tickets will save! Thanks Billybob!

Now that we know where the games are, lets get to the prize booth! It's located at the Forest! Check out the Non-Member items!

Wow! Those are some rare items! The Paddle Ball (100 tickets) and the Cotton Candy (also 100 tickets) were released in 2006! Yay! Club Penguin brought it back!!!

Now, go to the entrance of the "Great Puffle Circus" to see the members only items.

Neat, huh? Now, go the Ski Village to get a free background! Too bad it is the same from last year!
