Card-Jitsu Snow Beta Test- Club Penguin Blog (Edited)

 On the Club Penguin Blog Polo Field recently made a post on the Card-Jitsu Snow Beta Test and it's glitches. However, today he edited his post to show that the team is aware of these bugs, and he even proved it to us. This is what he said:

Did you know that we track every bug we find? Bug tracking and bug squashing is a very important part of making a game! See the picture below? The red line is the number of bugs we wrote up for tracking, and the green line is the number of bugs we've squashed! Pretty cool, huh?

Don't you HATE bugs? Good thing they are being fixed!

Polo Field: Card-Jitsu Snow Beta Testing!

This is a message from Polo Field:

Hey penguins,

It's HERE!!! The moment we've all been waiting for (drum roll please).... the Card-Jitsu Snow Beta Test is LIVE!!!

You can now log in to the Club Penguin beta site to play a work-in-progress version of Card-Jitsu Snow. There are still some kinks to iron out in the game, so don't be surprised if some things look weird or unexpected. That's why we need you!

The point of a beta test is to get as many players testing the game as possible, so we can find (and fix) bugs.

Here are a few bugs we know about already:

• #1062 - Orange moderator ban error message appears when too many players quit mid-game - Don't worry! You're not getting banned!
• #1082 - Missing automatic disconnect when server fails in matchmaking - Teaming up should only take 3 min. If your wait is longer, tap the X button and enter the game again
• #503 - Animation glitch appears in upper left corner during game - This is only showing up on some computers and doesn't affect gameplay.

Thanks so much for your help everyone. Testing is one of the most important parts of making a game, and we're so glad you're part of it!

Card-Jitsu Snow Beta Test OUT NOW!

Oh boy! This was unexpected for sure, but you can now beta test Card-Jitsu Snow! Go to beta.clubpenguin.com to play!

You will start off in a sketched room. You're penguin will appear to have no clothes on, and you will have no name. Follow the green arrow...

Now you can choose your element! Each element has different powers.

Snow:

Once you've chosen an element, go ahead and play! You team up with two other ninjas to fight the Card-Jitsu Snow VILLANS!

PASS IT ON: Card-Jistu Snow BETA TESTING will come out soon, NOT Card-Jistu Snow!

Its been quite the confusion lately, and I'm here to show you the truth. Card-Jistu Snow will NOT come out, but BETA TESTING will.

I know, I know,--you're probably thinking that immediately after the beta testing the game will come out, but no. You're wrong.

I recently emailed Club Penguin support on a question about CJ Snow, and this what part of their response:


Card-Jitsu Snow won't be coming to our icy shores for quite some time still so I don't know what Sensei has planned for that. However, Card-Jitsu Snow Beta will be ready sometime this month and I can't wait to explore this new form of Card-Jitsu. Do you think it is going to be easier or harder than Card-Jitsu Fire or Water?

WHAT? Wait-- WHAT???!!!!

After all these months (seems like years) only TESTING will be available??

Note to Club Penguin: We want the REAL THING!

Card-Jistu Snow Information Has Arrived! (Plus Beta Testing!)

Hi guys,

Polo Field recently posted on the Club Penguin Blog that the beta testing for Card-Jitsu Snow is coming out next month! Beta Testing is a way to test and rate games or updates on Club Penguin before they are released. The beta testing for Card-Jitsu Snow will be the first ever multi-player game that can be beta tested since 2005! Polo Field also gave us a sneak peak image of some Card-Jitsu ninjas:

I am so excited for the release of the Card-Jitsu Snow beta testing! Also, the ninjas in the picture are carrying some really cool elements! The ninja on the left is carrying a fish tank hammer, so that ninja must be the water ninja. The ninja on the right is carrying a hot sauce weapon, so that must be the fire ninja. But the ninja in the middle is not carrying a snow related weapon, so he might be a shadow ninja! I wonder when these items are going to be released?

I am so excited for Card-Jitsu Snow to come out!!
