Herbert P. Bear Meetup Times!

Herbert won't be visiting Club Penguin until August 1st, but let's be ahead of time! I contacted Club Penguin and they gave me some meetup times for Herbert P Bear!

8:30am on Fog
Sunday, August 4
8:30am on Brumby
