As many of you know, when Herbert attacked the EPF during Operation Blackout, Field-ops have appeared offline ever since.
Firstly, penguins can no longer receive EPF Gear because we can not receive medals. Medals are obtained by competing Field-ops.  Also, you can no longer receive stamps that involve Field-ops, such as "Elite Defender" and "Island Guardian". In order to receive these, you must complete a certain amount of Field-ops.
