As you very well know, ever since Operation Blackout when Herbert P Bear attempted to take over the island, the EPF was nearly destroyed and Field-Ops appeared to be offline.
Many penguins are upset about this, and one named "Ben29682" asked Club Penguin on Twitter if they will ever return.
Club Penguin: They probably won't be returning. We have bigger plans for the EPF. ;) Gee, Great! This is JUST what I wanted to hear! NOT! Then again, what do you think Club Penguin has planned for the EPF in the future? Click here for a sneak peak... ~Airplane6068~
